H.R.3745: HUD Inspection Oversight Act of 2019

The HUD Inspection Oversight Act (H.R. 3745) aims to strengthen enforcement of the inspection process for project-based rental assistance housing (PBRA) under section 8 housing law. The bill would create higher physical condition standards for PBRA housing and provide the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with greater enforcement authority to tackle health and safety concerns.
