Overview

The DREAMers, Immigrants, and Refugees (DIRe) Legal Aid Act would required the Attorney General to make grants to nonprofit organizations to offer legal assistance to certain immigrants who are lawfully admitted for permanent residence, DACA recipients, and refugees.
