S.155: Youth Financial Learning Act
Overview
The Youth Financial Learning Act would establish a competitive grant program at the Department of Education (ED) to help states create financial literacy programs, as well as encourage community partnerships to promote financial literacy among school-age youth. The legislation would establish a grant program aimed at educating students about consumer finance, including a focus on personal credit and student loan borrowing.
