Overview

The Improved Employment Outcomes for Foster Youth Act (S. 1651) would expand the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), a tax credit awarded to employers who hire members of targeted groups (veterans, formerly incarcerated individuals, etc.), to include foster care transition youth.
