S.246: A bill to block the implementation of certain presidential actions that restrict individuals from certain countries from entering the United States.

Overview

S. 246 would prevent the use of federal funds for any agency to enforce Executive Order 13780 and Presidential Proclamation 9645, which suspended individuals from several countries of concern, including Chad, Iran, and Libya, from entering the United States.

H.R. 810 is the House companion bill introduced by Rep. Judy Chu.
