S.2476: Hurricane Dorian Charitable Giving Act

Overview

The Hurricane Dorian Charitable Giving Act (S. 2476) would suspend the limitations on the charitable contribution tax deduction specifically for donations made in cash for relief efforts related to Hurricane Dorian. To qualify for this suspension a contribution must be made after August 23, 2019, and before the end of the calendar year.
