S.317: ACE Kids Act of 2019

Overview

The ACE Kids Act (S. 317) would establish a state Medicaid option to provide for medical assistance with respect to coordinated care provided through a health home for children with medically complex conditions. The bill would authorizes up to $5 million for states to determine payment methodologies in accordance with specified requirements; payments also temporarily qualify for an enhanced federal matching rate.

This bill was passed by Congress and signed into law by the President as part of H.R. 1839
